A couple things to work on...

Work on lip syncing as well as the artwork. You could have added a background instead of leaving it white.

It's pretty nice.

A loose translation:

Mom, happy birthday. Your gift: a dance! *dances* Happy birthday! Thanks for everything!

It's pretty good, considering you had to do it in secret. The dancing part wasn't that bad; it'd probably take me a while too. Nice job.
